Pause Command does not ignore class, id params

documentation Command Reference/Global says

"These global commands ignore any class name or monkeyID if specified."

but if specified they give an error. This means you have to erase the guys that are provided, also it moght be nice to use these (whuchs show up in the script list) as desired for testers
